Step into the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, where PA Way wanted to create a vibrant and immersive awards night that pushed creative boundaries. Despite some venue challenges, we delivered an event that mesmerised guests and made everyone feel like they’d stepped into Wonderland.
The Brief
The PA Way wanted a lively, immersive Alice in Wonderland-themed awards night. The challenge? The venue had a low ceiling, making the set up a bit tricky. However, we were determined to bring their vision to life with a projector and a wide array of props.
Wildfire Solution
We split the event between two floors. The downstairs area was used for a vibrant drinks reception with immersive elements, setting the tone for the night. Upstairs, we transformed the space with illuminated columns, themed table dressings, and monitors along the walls, all while providing breathtaking views of the Tower of London through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Guests were wowed by the giant props and Alice-themed photo opportunities. The party carried on late into the night, with everyone fully immersed in the whimsical world of Wonderland.
The result
A magical, immersive night that transported guests straight into the pages of Alice in Wonderland. From themed decor to interactive elements, this awards night was one for the books.
