About Wildfire Events
At Wildfire we are passionate about everything we do and our people are at the absolute heart of that. With this in mind we have created a set of values that embody what Wildfire stands for and how we want to be seen by the world. Every event needs a ‘SPARK’
S – Strength P – Positivity A – Ambition R – Resilience K – Knowledge
If you share our values and want to be part of a successful, dynamic and creative business then we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Wildfire successfully deliver hundreds of events a year from team building through to conferences, family fun days, themed events and many more. Our Event Managers handle the execution of all of these in conjunction with our experienced operational team.
Leading up to event days, you will work with our project team to understand how each event will be delivered, and then become the main point of contact on site for the client. Onsite, the job is varied and exciting. Dealing with clients, suppliers, onsite staff and hosting so that everyone knows where to be and when, you’ll get to develop a broad skill set that will be with you for the entirety of your career.
We have some of the most experienced and passionate event managers in the industry working for us, and a number of highly experienced office-based staff to support and train you in your journey to become the best version of yourself.
Unlike most event companies, we own all the kit we use. This means that on non-event days, not only could be supporting the event coordinators with project plans and the logistics behind the scenes, but you’ll be training up in our warehouse on our huge range of events, or even helping to develop new ones.
Even though we have run many thousands of industry leading events in our time, we don’t rest on our laurels. We want to keep improving not only each individual event, but the way we run every event. We’re looking for someone who won’t just follow the process, but own and develop it. And we don’t want you to stay in your lane. Event delivery is your focus, but we only grow if we understand that every part of our process is as important as the next and that means listening to the people who deliver them. Working directly with the Head of Operations, we will ensure scalability by continually questioning how we can do things better together.
